MAY 2021 - AUG 2021 GROUNDS/SOCIAL INTERN
AUG 2021 - DEC 2023 OPERATIONS MANAGER
APR 2023 - CURRENT CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I began my journey with the Worcester Bravehearts as an intern in the summer of 2021, quickly advancing to Operations Manager from August
2021 to December 2023. During my tenure, I was involved in various areas
including graphic design, content creation, social media, website management, team merchandise, player uniforms and gear, youth camps,
and grounds crew. I specialized in graphic design and UX/Ul design for platforms like WordPress, ISM, and Wix, and created a new online team
store using Wix (www.worcesterbraveheartsstore.com). In collaboration with the front office, I creatively developed concepts for team
merchandise, player gear, content, uniforms, and managed the ordering
and inventory of al gear. I also played a key role in designing and
installing all stadium signage and maintaining utilities. Additionally, I led the Grounds Crew, scheduling staff and maintaining the field and
inventory for game days and events. Ialso had the pleasure of coaching,
organizing, and mentoring children aged 6-12 in Worcester Bravehearts
summer camps and clinics, focusing on fun, general safety, and baseball
drills. Since being promoted to Creative Director in April 2024, I oversee al creative aspects, ensuring the team's visual and digital presence aligns
with our brand, driving innovative strategies, and fostering a cohesive team environment.

When you go to a baseball game, you are getting sold programs from 5 different vendors. Instead of your typical Souvenir Program, I decided to turn our 10th Anniversary Souvenir Program into a Yearbook showcasing the first 10 years of rosters with photos, historic memories, records, host families, quotes, and even season ticket holder tattoos.

GRAPHICS
Social Media becomes redundant when you post the same template for everything or use the graphic to be the focus on the image. Using the photography and angles of photos to build the graphic is essential to tell the viewer a story of the event or moment you are trying to display. SPORTS MANAGEMENT SUMMIT
The Worcester Bravehearts will hosted the 2nd Annual Sports Management Summit to promote discussion and idea-sharing about the growing sports industry in Central Massachusetts. The event will take place on Friday, January 17 at Worcester State University’s DeFeudis Wellness Center and will feature a keynote address, job and internship fair, and panel discussions throughout the day. Students and sport enthusiasts are encouraged to attend.
The Summit’s purpose is to help connect college & high school students interested in a career in the sports industry with professionals from consulting firms, event marketing companies, and sports teams.

SIGNAGE
Designed to be seen by thousands of fans and drivers in Worcester, Massachusetts, I worked closely with the Bravehearts front office to create stadium signage to be displayed around the stadium at Fitton Field and billboards around Worcester. From as large as 90'x30' featured on our right field wall, vinyl banner grips featuring events and jersey auctions, to the 36"x60" signs along the concourse. The front office and myself install the signage in May and take down in August. A special addition for 2023 was our Trolley Bar, which I took the pleasure to design signage for and paint myself leading up to the season.
